7. Cookies & third-party content

Synapse Edge Ltd does not set its own advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on this website. The site works without you accepting any non-essential cookies.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties, which may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when that content loads or when you interact with it:

  • Google Fonts — our typefaces are served by Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
  • Calendly — if you open the booking tool, Calendly may set cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy.
  • 3D Digital Twin viewer / Sketchfab — the interactive 3D model is embedded from our viewer (and originates from Sketchfab); loading it may set cookies from those services.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies will not stop the core website from working.

8. Your data protection rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how we use your data (this policy)
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Restrict our processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact form. We will respond within one month, as required by law. Exercising your rights is free of charge.

9. How we protect your data

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, and we limit access to your data to those who need it to respond to you.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

  • UK: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk
  • EU: the data protection authority in your country of residence.
